3) If you do not choose a font, we will use the default font(font 4 or font 5 or other).


4) If you have not left any customized information, we will send the pen without customization.

5) Please be sure to send a customized message within 30 minutes after placing the order. For example, when you send "Happy New Year", "Happy New Year" will be engraved on the pen.

6) If you do not leave a message in time and the pen has been sent out, we cannot change it. Please understand.
