We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • Domestic (within the United States): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-25 business days, depending on the destination country's customs processing.

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. KitsuTools has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. For packages lost in transit or arriving damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you accordingly.
