At KitsuTools, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy details regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same original condition as received.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protective materials.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Returns are typically accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Opened or used writing instruments (e.g., pens, markers, fountain pens).
- Personalized or monogrammed items.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include all documents, and write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow:
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
In the case of a missing or damaged item in transit, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a standard refund. This credit will be issued to your customer account (associated with your email) and can be used for future purchases on KitsuTools.com.
