1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the KitsuTools website ("the Site") and purchasing our products, including Writing Instruments, Notebooks & Journals, School & Office Supplies, and Art & Creative Gifts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. KitsuTools reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made Art & Creative Gifts, may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
